Terms and Conditions

1. Services - Vine Plumbing provides plumbing and emergency plumbing services to customers in the London area. Our team of qualified professionals is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

2. Call-Out Fee - A call-out fee is charged for all visits to cover the costs associated with customer acquisition, transportation, and initial assessment. This fee is non-refundable and is due upon the plumber's arrival on the job site.

3. Quotation and Deposit - After assessing the scope of work, our plumber will provide you with a detailed quote. A 50% deposit is required before any work commences. Work will only begin after you have agreed to and accepted the final quote.

4. Additional Expenses - In the event of unforeseen circumstances or additional work required, any expenses not included in the initial quote will only be added to the final charge after a clear explanation and agreement with you, the customer.

5. Workmanship Guarantee - Our workmanship is guaranteed for leaks or improper installation for a period of one month from the completion date. If you experience any issues related to our installation during this time, we will promptly address and rectify the problem at no additional cost to you.

6. Damage Liability - In the unlikely event that damage is caused by our plumber during the course of work, we will repair or replace the damaged items at our own expense. However, if we determine that the damage was caused by a third party, the customer, or other reasons beyond our control, we will provide a detailed explanation, and any repairs or replacements will be at the customer's expense.

7. Payment The remaining balance - After deducting the 50% deposit, is due upon completion of the work to your satisfaction. We accept various payment methods, including cash, cheque, and major credit/debit cards.

8. Cancellation - If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the call-out fee.

9. Limitation of Liability - Vine Plumbing's liability is limited to the total value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or economic losses arising from the services provided.

10. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging Vine Plumbing's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
